Workshop Description Michelle Todd, Partner with Hodges, Loizzi, Eisenhammer, Rodick & Kohn discusses the discipline of students in our schools, with the afternoon focus of discipline for student with special education needs. Michelle, practices in all areas of school law, specializing in special education and student matters. Michelle will discuss the importance of policies and procedures related to discipline for regular and special education students.
